Terms of use
Draft, not yet in effect
This page is a draft being reviewed before EOPIRA launches. Details in brackets will be filled in.
These terms are the agreement between you and [Business legal name] ("EOPIRA", "we") for using the EOPIRA website and app. By creating an account or using EOPIRA, you agree to them, to our privacy policy and to our community guidelines.
1. What EOPIRA is, and isn't
EOPIRA is a space for prayer, encouragement and community, led by Yishrayl. It offers spiritual support and friendship.
EOPIRA is not a medical, mental health, legal or emergency service, and nothing here replaces professional advice. If you are in danger or need urgent help, call your local emergency number (911 in the US). In the US, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at any time.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use your account only for yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account.
3. Sharing in the community
- Please follow our community guidelines: be kind, keep people safe, no spam or selling, and respect others' privacy.
- You own what you post. You give EOPIRA permission to store and show it within EOPIRA (and through Care Card links you send) so the service works. This permission ends when you delete it, except where others have already shared it.
- Anonymous posts hide your name from other members, but EOPIRA's moderators can see who wrote them, as explained in our privacy policy.
- Moderators may remove content, send reminders, pause posting, or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.
4. Prayers and other content
The prayers, audio, artwork and text on EOPIRA belong to Yishrayl and EOPIRA. You may listen to them, download them where offered, and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, sell or republish them without permission.
5. Care Cards
Care Cards are for kindness. They don't show the sender's name, and anyone with a card's link can open it. Please don't use them to upset, pressure or harass anyone.
6. EOPIRA Companion membership
- Companion costs $19 per month, paid through PayPal. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time on the Companion page (or in your PayPal account). No further payments are taken, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Payments already made aren't refunded for partial months.
- If a payment fails, PayPal will try again. If it keeps failing, your membership is paused until you join again.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to your membership.
7. Private sessions with Yishrayl
- A private session is 40 minutes on video and costs $150, paid through PayPal when you book.
- Cancel or move it at least 24 hours before it starts for a full refund (or a new time). Within 24 hours it can't be moved, and cancelling isn't refunded. Missed sessions aren't refunded.
- If Yishrayl has to cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
- Please join on time: sessions end at their scheduled time. If a session can't take place because of a problem on our side, we'll offer a new time or a refund.
- Sessions offer prayer, encouragement and spiritual guidance. They aren't therapy, counselling or medical care. Yishrayl treats what you share with care and keeps it private, except where the law requires otherwise or someone's safety is at risk.
8. Live gatherings
The weekly live gathering is currently free for signed-in members. We may change how it's offered in the future. Please be respectful; we may remove anyone who disrupts a gathering.
9. Things not to do
- Break the law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Post spam, advertising or anything you don't have the right to share.
- Try to access other people's accounts, collect members' information, or disrupt or overload EOPIRA.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using EOPIRA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) still apply afterwards.
11. Disclaimers
EOPIRA is offered "as is". We work to keep it available and safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Members' posts are their own views, not EOPIRA's.
12. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, EOPIRA isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or $100 if you haven't paid us anything).
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [US state], United States. If a problem comes up, please contact us first; we'll try to resolve it together.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll update this page and let members know in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use EOPIRA after that means you accept the updated terms.

A caring space, not an emergency serviceRead
EOPIRA is a caring space for prayer, encouragement, and friendship. It does not replace medical, mental health, legal, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number. For urgent emotional support, contact a local crisis helpline.
